National Charity League, Inc. Mothers and Daughters Serving Communities Together
Welcome to the Tucson Prospective Chapter of National Charity League, Inc.
The Tucson Prospective Chapter, located in Tucson, Arizona, is the 141st chapter of National Charity League, Inc. It was formed on February 17, 2007. The chapter began as a result of a father wanting his daughter to value volunteering and discovering NCL, Inc. After learning there were no chapters in Tucson, he thought starting a chapter would be a great project for his wife. Together, with her two faithful friends, the process began. At the same time, another NCL member who was moving to Tucson discovered there was no chapter there. She was encouraged by the National President to start one. She notified the Regional Vice President and learned of the other interested women. After contacting them and meeting with one for coffee, plans for starting the new chapter began to take shape. Through the efforts of many, word spread and the Tucson Prospective Chapter was formed “to foster mother-daughter relationships in a philanthropic organization committed to community service, leadership development and cultural experiences.”
We search for charity within ourselves and strive for the graciousness to share it with others.
